Terms for using Roll Call.

Roll Call is a web-based operations platform for sober living and recovery housing. Features may change as we improve the product. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes that affect daily workflows.

You are responsible for accounts created under your organization, including assigning appropriate roles, removing departing staff promptly, and keeping credentials secure. You may not share one user login across multiple people or attempt to access data outside your assigned houses or permissions.

You agree not to misuse Roll Call, including attempting to break security controls, scrape data you are not authorized to access, upload malware, or use the service in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of operational records your team enters and for obtaining any consents required for resident information you store.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page or your signed agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. We may suspend access for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. Support is available at support@rollcallhm.com.

Roll Call is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Solvhaus Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to Roll Call is limited to fees paid by your organization in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Roll Call at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data before deletion, subject to our privacy policy.
