How is pricing calculated?
Per bed, per month, based on the beds across your houses. You only pay for the capacity you actually run, and the per-bed rate comes down as you add beds. We quote your number on a short walkthrough so it fits your real operation.
Why isn't the price listed?
Because the right number depends on your real operation: how many beds, how many houses, funding model, and how you want to roll out. Rather than post a sticker price that won't match your situation, we spend 20 minutes with you and give you an exact quote, no pressure.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Hands-on onboarding is included on every plan. We set up your houses, beds, roles, and current residents with you. There's no separate IT project or implementation invoice.
Can I start with one house and add more later?
Yes. Most operators start with a house or two and roll out the rest once the rhythm clicks. Pricing scales with your beds as you grow, and your data carries over.
Monthly or annual?
Both, after we quote you. There is no self-serve checkout yet. Annual agreements are typically priced to save about two months versus month-to-month. Stay because it works.
Do you work with nonprofits or faith-based homes?
Often. If you're a nonprofit, faith-based, or grant-funded operator, talk to us about pricing that fits your funding model.
Is my data mine?
Always. You can export census, rent, incidents, and reports anytime, for licensing, funders, or referrers. Your operational record belongs to you.
