How is pricing calculated?

Per bed, per month, based on the beds across your houses. You only pay for the capacity you actually run, and the per-bed rate comes down as you add beds across more houses.

Because the right number depends on your real operation: how many beds, how many houses, and how you want to roll out. The starting rates above are where most operators land, and the per-bed price comes down as you add beds. We'll quote your exact number on a 20-minute walkthrough, no pressure.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Hands-on onboarding is included on every plan. We set up your houses, beds, roles, and current residents with you. There's no separate IT project or implementation invoice.

Can I start with one house and add more later?

Yes. Most operators start with a house or two and roll out the rest once the rhythm clicks. Pricing scales with your beds as you grow, and your data carries over.

Monthly or annual?

Both. Annual billing saves you roughly two months versus paying monthly. There are no long-term lock-ins on monthly plans. Stay because it works.
