bedflow and AfterFlow are separate Solvhaus products. Roll Call is designed to complement them and does not share data with either today. Nothing on this page describes an integration.

What you do
Work the intake checklist (ID, insurance, controlled-meds and service-animal flags, signed agreements), assign the bed, and log admits and expected discharges.
What it prevents
Three people quoting three different bed counts. A move-in with a missing ID or an unsigned agreement.
What you get
One occupancy number per house, and every open bed visible to whoever is filling it.

Run the shift

What you do
Generate today's chore checks, walk every room on a repeatable checklist, and log UA results against each resident's weekly cadence.
What it prevents
A whiteboard wiped clean with no record. A room that quietly goes unchecked. A UA that never gets written down.
What you get
Who did what, and when, on the record. Flagged items become follow-ups that stay open until someone closes them.

What you do
File a structured incident with severity, photos, a follow-up owner, and a due date. Log day-to-day house notes. Get in-app reminders as due dates approach.

A timestamped timeline you can stand behind when licensing, a referrer, or a family asks.

Collect rent and report

Used by Directors (money views are scoped to Directors by default)
What you do
Log payments by method (cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, other), watch balances by resident and house, and export monthly Director reports as CSV or PDF.
What it prevents
Balances that drift and reminders that fall on whoever happens to remember.

What cleared, what is pending, and what is overdue, in one view across houses.

What you do
Upload house rules and agreements, capture resident signatures, assign Director or House Manager roles (plus custom permission templates), and review the activity log.
What it prevents
Staff seeing houses they should not. An audit request answered from memory.

Every change stamped with who and when, and exportable when someone asks.

Intake at the door, with a checklist instead of a group text.

Use case

When a referral reaches the house, it lands on the Intake board with intake tasks: ID and insurance on file, controlled-meds and service-animal flags, and signed agreements captured up front. Approve, schedule, admit. This is house-level intake, not a referral network.

Maintenance
Repair requests across every property, with photos, tracked to resolution.
Supplies
A simple supplies list per house so restocking is not a text thread.
Alumni roster
Residents who complete the program keep a contact record. Roll Call does not run alumni outreach or engagement.
Partner contacts
A Director-only address book of the programs and partners that refer to you. A contact list, not a referral network.
Optional risk screening
An AI relapse-risk screening prompt a Director can turn on. Off by default, and not clinical advice.
On the roadmap
Single sign-on (SSO)
Planned for larger rollouts. Not available today.
Export automation and integrations
Manual CSV and PDF export is live. Scheduled export and third-party connections are not built yet.
Not part of Roll Call
Referral networks and admissions coordination
Matching referrals to programs and coordinating admissions across organizations is bedflow's job, not Roll Call's.
Post-discharge alumni engagement
Outreach, check-in campaigns, and retention programs after move-out belong to AfterFlow.
Clinical records and billing
Roll Call is not an EHR and does not file insurance claims. It holds the house operations record.
